Windows Of Opportunity

by Randy Murray on March 6, 2014

I see writers and others who claim, “I only have certain windows of time when I can work.”

I understand. For many years I worked full time outside the home, frequently more than 40 hours a week, and raised two daughters. Those windows where I could do the work I wanted were narrow and infrequent.

I learned two things during those times:

  1. When the window is open, work.
  2. Make more windows. When possible, blow down the whole damn wall.

Work when you can. Then work to make it possible to work more.
